Africana

Project: Art Direction, Print
Role: Creative Director/Designer
Year: 2020

The Challenge of this brief was to take a piece of clothing with sentimental value and produce a visual story that will hook in audiences. In this brief I took my late fathers lepoard print shirt which lead me to conclude that animal poaching is a huge problem in many African countries, how can a global organisation highlight this problem whilst also being appreciative to African culture.

Designer Comments:

In this project, I took a personal Item, that being one of my father’s Leopard print T-shirts and tried to make it into a campaign promoted by a series of look books, I believe the gif turned out to be a strong point but the lookbooks could use further development which is something I plan to to. (Watch this space!).
